Go Where No Man Has Gone Before

“Not Guilty.“

These were words uttered by the tribunal and Neera Ketoul, the lawyer for Una Chin-Riley in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds.

I could feel the profoundness of them, and how this bit of storytelling would change my life.

The original reason storytelling was created was to share our experiences, wisdom, and to understand humanity in a new way.

Science fiction was created to help reveal parts of ourselves not yet discovered or explored.

And there is still so much more to learn.

The genre of sci-fi has always been where outliers, geeks, and those who didn’t fit the mainstream have found a home. Why? Because it illustrates how we can be bigger than ourselves . . . and isn’t that what metaphysics and transformational healing practices are all about?

Through the lens of Star Trek, we will discover, explore and embrace parts of ourselves not yet revealed, and allow for transformation to occur in a unique way, unlike any other “self-help” class.
